Owna helps freelancers set aside taxes, see what's safe to spend, and send invoices. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Owna is operated by TODO: legal entity name, TODO: registered address, TODO: company / VAT registration number. For any privacy question, contact us at privacy@owna-app.com (TODO: confirm this mailbox exists).
To provide the product (calculate reserves and safe-to-spend, store your transactions and invoices, generate PDFs), to process your subscription, to answer support requests, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Each processor handles data under its own security and data-processing terms. Some may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons (e.g. invoices and billing history).
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time — most of it directly from Settings. You may also object to or restrict certain processing, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. To exercise any right, email privacy@owna-app.com.
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
